Job Overview

We are looking for dynamic and motivated Sales & Marketing Executives to join our team. The role involves promoting Info Edge’s services, generating new leads, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets through field and tele sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients through calls, meetings, and market visits.

• Promote and sell Info Edge’s recruitment and marketing products (e.g., Job Hai, Naukri).

• Maintain good relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.

• Understand client needs and offer suitable digital hiring or advertising solutions.

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to improve product visibility.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Prepare daily reports and update CRM with leads, meetings, and follow-ups.

Requirements

• Education: Graduate or equivalent (MBA preferred).

• Experience: 0–2 years in Sales, Business Development, or Marketing.

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and confident in client interactions.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, CRM tools).
