Industry: Construction Chemicals (Tile Adhesive, AAC Adhesive, PU Adhesive, Stone Adhesive)
Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years in Construction Chemicals
Job Role:

We are looking for experienced and dynamic Field Sales Executives across India to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the construction chemicals industry, especially in products like tile adhesives, AAC block adhesives, PU adhesives, and stone adhesives.
Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell construction chemical products in your region

• Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, contractors, applicators, and builders

• Conduct on-site product demos and provide technical guidance

• Generate leads and convert them into sales

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Submit regular field reports and market feedback

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales within the construction chemicals industry

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to work independently and travel extensively

• Good knowledge of local market and client base

• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
