Job Overview

DRIMO by Indian Drivers is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, identifying potential corporate clients, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets for our driver management and car rental services.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, a proactive approach to sales, and the ability to convert leads into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential corporate clients, including HR Heads, Admin Heads, Facility Managers, and business owners.

• Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, references, and field visits.

• Promote DRIMO's services, including Permanent Driver Services, On-Demand Drivers, Corporate Driver Management, and Car Rental Services.

• Schedule client meetings, deliver sales presentations, and prepare quotations and proposals.

• Follow up with prospects regularly and convert leads into confirmed business.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable service solutions.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

• Maintain an updated database of leads, client interactions, and sales pipelines.

• Prepare daily and weekly sales reports and share progress with management.

• Coordinate with internal operations and recruitment teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.

Job Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline; an MBA in Marketing or Sales will be an added advantage.

• 1–4 years of experience in sales, business development, or corporate sales.

• Experience in B2B sales, corporate sales, or service-based industries is preferred.

• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to generate leads, conduct cold calls, and close sales independently.

• Basic computer proficiency, including MS Excel, email, and CRM tools.

• Knowledge of LinkedIn and digital lead-generation techniques will be an advantage.

• Willingness to travel for client meetings and field sales activities.

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
