Key responsibilities:
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable life insurance products to them
• Acquire new clients with the help of leads provided by the company and generate quality business revenue
• Actively cross sell / up sell products to the company’s existing customers by identifying the customer needs
• Provide service to existing customers, solve their queries and concerns and ensure the quality of business is maintained consistently
• Generate fresh leads through cold calling and devise new ways of widening customer base for revenue generation opportunities
• Accept authority of application, complaints of the customers and responsible to take it forward with concerned team.
• Exercise due diligence at to prevent unauthorized/ fraudulent transactions
