We are seeking a motivated Field Sales Executive who will be responsible for driving sales, building strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and distributors, and ensuring our products reach every corner of the market. The ideal candidate will have experience in FMCG/Stationery sales and a strong ability to achieve targets.
Visit retailers and distributors to promote and sell Dozy products.
Build and maintain good customer relationships.
Achieve monthly sales targets in assigned areas.
Ensure product visibility at shops.
Provide simple sales updates and reports to the manager.
Basic sales experience (FMCG/Stationery preferred, but not mandatory).
Good communication and convincing skills.
Ability to travel locally for field visits.
Minimum qualification: 12th pass.
Two-wheeler with license (preferred).
Fixed salary + attractive incentives.
