Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, generating leads, promoting products/services, and building strong customer relationships to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets in the Hyderabad region.

• Generate new business leads through field visits, cold calling, networking, and digital campaigns.

• Promote and sell company products/services to potential clients.

• Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.

• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs.

• Participate in promotional activities, events, exhibitions, and trade shows.

• Prepare sales reports and present to management regularly.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute social media and email campaigns.

• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

• 1–3years of proven experience in sales and/or marketing roles.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of local markets in and around Hyderabad.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM tools.

• Fluency in English, Telugu, is preferred.

• Two-wheeler and valid driving license
