Lead Generation & Sales: Proactively source leads through open market, direct selling, and networking to meet monthly/quarterly targets.
Client Management: Meet prospective clients on-field to explain, promote, and cross-sell home loan products and insurance.
Documentation & Processing: Collect, verify, and process loan applications, ensuring accuracy for faster approval.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with builders, real estate agents, and other referral sources.
Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor offerings and stay updated on market trends to inform sales strategies
