Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities in the construction & building material sector.

• Meet builders, contractors, architects, and dealers to promote company products.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat and referral business.

• Conduct product presentations and site visits to explain features and benefits.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and report progress to management.

• Coordinate with the marketing team to execute promotional activities.

• Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer needs.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Graduate / Diploma in Marketing, Business, or related field.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Willingness to travel for field sales and client meetings.

• Target-oriented with a positive and proactive attitude.

• Experience in construction chemicals, paints, waterproofing, or building materials will be an added advantage.
