   • Provide insights to the senior management for improving sales strategies.

5. Lead Management

   • Oversee lead generation, allocation, and follow-ups to optimize conversions.

   • Ensure the sales team utilizes CRM tools effectively.

6. Collaboration with Marketing

   • Coordinate with the marketing team to align campaigns with sales objectives.

   • Provide feedback on lead quality and marketing initiatives.

7. Reporting and Documentation

   • Prepare regular sales reports for senior management.
