Job Purpose

To drive B2B sweets and corporate sales through client acquisition, bulk orders, corporate orders, institutional sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and develop B2B sweets sales opportunities.

• Acquire and manage corporate, institutional and bulk-order clients.

• Handle corporate gifting, festive orders, events and bulk sweet orders.

• Conduct field visits, client meetings and market development activities.

• Build strong relationships with corporate and institutional clients.

• Prepare quotations, negotiate commercials and close business.

• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

• Coordinate with production, outlets and operations teams for timely order execution.

• Drive repeat business and maintain long-term client relationships.

• Maintain sales reports, client databases and follow-up records.

• Identify new markets, clients and business opportunities.

Candidate Profile

• 5–10 years of relevant experience in the sweets industry is mandatory/preferred.

• Strong experience in B2B sweets sales, corporate sales and bulk orders.

• Experience handling corporate/institutional orders, festive sales and gifting will be an advantage.

• Strong field sales, business development and client acquisition experience.

• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.

• Target-oriented with strong commercial and business-development acumen.

• Ability to independently generate leads and convert them into business.

• Graduate in any discipline.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with proven experience in B2B sweets sales, corporate orders, bulk orders and institutional sales from established sweets, bakery, food service or QSR brands will be preferred.
