We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Representative who can help us reach business owners, understand their problems, and present Grabodo’s ready-made and custom business software solutions.
This role involves:
Lead generation
Client communication
Field visits
Follow-ups
Closing support
This is not a call-center job.
It’s a consultative B2B sales role.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
1️⃣ Lead Generation & Outreach
Find potential clients (Industries, clinics, D2C brands, MSMEs)
Reach out via:
Calls
Field visits (industrial areas, clinics, offices)
2️⃣ Client Interaction
Speak with business owners / decision-makers
Understand their business process & problems
Explain Grabodo solutions in simple language
Schedule demo calls or meetings with the core team
3️⃣ Field Visits & Meetings
Visit businesses (Navi Mumbai, Mumbai)
Attend meetings with founders/owners
Assist in requirement understanding
4️⃣ Follow-ups & Pipeline Management
Regular follow-ups with interested leads
Maintain lead status (hot / warm / cold)
Coordinate with internal team for demos & proposals
5️⃣ Marketing Support
Support basic marketing activities:
Sharing company content
Explaining use cases
Partner outreach (agencies, freelancers, resellers)

✅ Requirements
Must-Have
Good communication skills (Hindi / English / basic Marathi)
Confidence in talking to business owners
Willingness to do field visits
Basic understanding of sales & follow-ups
Smartphone + basic computer knowledge
Good-to-Have (Not Mandatory)
Experience in B2B sales / software sales / services
Experience with MSMEs, clinics, factories, or agencies
Understanding of CRM, ERP, or digital tools
