Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Summary:

The Sales Executive / Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction while aligning with the company’s strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.

·         Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.

·         Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.

·         Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers.

·         Manage and track sales performance through CRM tools and regular reporting.

·         Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize sales campaigns and promotional strategies.

·         Negotiate and close deals while ensuring profitability and compliance with company policies.

·         Analyze market trends and competitors to identify areas for business growth.

·         Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

·         Mentor and support junior sales staff (for Sales Manager level).

Qualifications & Skills:

·         Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).

·         Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management (typically 3–8 years).

·         Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

·         Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

·         Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.

·         Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving targets.

·         Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

·         Sales revenue achieved vs. target.

·         Number of new clients acquired.

·         Customer retention rate.

WORKING DAYS :-

MONDAY TO SATURDAY ( 10AM TO 6 PM ) .
