We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented On-Site Sales Executive to manage walk-in inquiries and site visits at our real estate project locations. You will be responsible for converting leads into bookings by offering personalized property consultations and building strong client relationships directly at the project site.
Welcome and assist walk-in clients and scheduled visitors at the project site.
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable options from available plots, villas, or flats.
Deliver project presentations, explain amenities, master plans, approvals, and legal documentation.
Conduct guided site tours, highlighting location advantages and investment value.
Maintain daily visitor records, follow up with prospects, and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
Liaise with the head office sales/CRM team for documentation, pricing, and inventory updates.
Ensure the site office is well-organized, with updated brochures, pricing sheets, and visuals.
Participate in promotional events, weekend expos, and project launches as needed.
6 months –1 years of real estate sales or customer-facing experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English, Hindi, and [local language like Telugu].
Presentable, professional, and approachable personality.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, WhatsApp, CRM tools).
Willingness to work on weekends and holidays (compensatory offs provided).
Own two-wheeler (preferred) for commuting, if site is remote.
Prior experience in real estate field sales or site management.
Ability to handle customer objections and close deals confidently.
Understanding of real estate market trends, pricing, and legal norms.
