Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of sales experience and a strong technical or scientific educational background. The role involves identifying business opportunities, building customer relationships, promoting products/services, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.

## Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking, and lead generation activities.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions with clients.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.

• Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and sales reports.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems.

• Travel within Bangalore and nearby regions as required.

## Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science (B.Sc./M.Sc.) or Engineering (B.Tech).

• 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to understand technical products and explain their benefits to customers.

• Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

• Valid driving license and willingness to travel locally.

## Preferred Skills

• Experience in technical sales, industrial products, laboratory products, healthcare, biotech, chemicals, instrumentation, or engineering solutions.

• Strong problem-solving and relationship-management skills.

• Knowledge of the South India market is an advantage.
