1. Purpose
Responsible for driving sKart products in a manner consistent with the company policy and goals, and in line with strategic objectives of the firm. SE will be responsible for developing new clients and creating new ways of serving customers and seizing the business opportunities. He/she will develop and implement sales objectives, strategies and initiatives in line with strategic business plans. He/she will work to develop long-term positive customer relationships aimed at fulfilling customer expectations and build loyalty and confidence in sKart Global Express as a preferred partner.

As a Sales Executive , you would be expected to:
· Achieve the revenue and profitability target sold to channel partners /Direct Customers.
· Daily Minimum 6-7 sells call with customer for New Business Development (NBD) & Quick Onboarding .
· Understand customer needs and Position right solution of courier and cargo of international shipping
· Growth of Retention Business Developments (RBD) with all levels of customer engagement, developing sustainable and progressive business growth.
· Resolution of commercial issue/need of customer and realization of outstanding within stipulated time
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities required to successfully perform this job:
· 1-3 years of experience in sales of courier and cargo industry prefer if International Express Cargo
· Knowledge & understanding of International Courier and Cargo
· Proven experience in selling, and competence in various sales activities
· Strong analytical, negotiation and interpersonal skills
· Ability to be flexible and to multitask
· Result oriented and self-driven
