1. Job Purpose
To manage sales operations, customer acquisition, and market development in the Khorda territory for Mahindra vehicles. Responsible for achieving monthly targets and increasing dealership market share.
2. Key Responsibilities
A. Sales & Business Development
- Achieve monthly sales targets in the Khorda area.
- Conduct regular field visits, generate enquiries, and convert leads.
- Build strong relationships with farmers, fleet owners, rural customers, and corporate clients.
- Promote finance, insurance, accessories, and value-added services.
- Track competitor activities and market movements.
B. Channel & Influencer Management
- Handle sub-dealers/DSAs/influencers within the territory.
- Conduct meetings, product training, and support channel partners.
- Ensure proper display, demo vehicle availability, and branding.
C. Customer Relationship Management
- Ensure timely follow-up with all leads.
- Support customers from enquiry to delivery.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction scores (CSI).
D. Reporting & Coordination
- Maintain daily sales reports, enquiry updates, and funnel reports.
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, RTO, PDI, and delivery teams.
- Ensure complete documentation and adherence to Mahindra dealership standards.
3. Required Skills
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Ability to work in rural & semi-urban markets
- Target-oriented & field-ready
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel/CRM)
- Two-wheeler must
4. Qualification & Experience
- Education: 12th Pass / Graduate (Preferred)
- Experience: 1–3 years in automobile sales
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
5. Salary & Benefits
- Salary: 12,000 – 22,000 (based on experience)
- Fuel Allowance + Mobile Allowance + Attractive Incentives
