We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team at FUELS JUNCTIN GROUP. The candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, generating leads, and increasing sales in petroleum supply, industrial oil, and EV charging station services.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, a proactive approach to business development, and the ability to achieve sales targets.

Salary: ₹15,000–₹25,000 per month (in-hand), negotiable based on experience, plus applicable incentives.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new customers for petroleum products, industrial oil, and EV charging station services.

• Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, references, and online platforms.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with industrial clients, transporters, fleet operators, and corporate customers.

• Promote company products and services to prospective customers.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

• Follow up with existing and prospective customers to convert leads into sales.

• Coordinate with the operations and accounts teams for order processing, product delivery, and payment collection.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.

• Maintain customer databases, sales reports, and daily activity records.

• Ensure timely follow-up on outstanding payments and customer requirements.

• Submit regular sales performance reports to management.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Qualification: Graduate preferred; candidates with relevant sales experience may also apply.

• Experience: 1–3 years in sales and marketing preferred.

• Experience in petroleum, industrial oil, B2B sales, fuel supply, logistics, or EV charging will be an advantage.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong customer relationship management and lead-generation abilities.

• Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel, email, and CRM tools.

• Willingness to travel for client meetings and field visits.

• Ability to work independently and achieve assigned targets.
