. Sales Execution: • Achieve sales targets in the assigned territory. • Visit retail outlets, distributors, and super stockists regularly to promote products and close sales.• Ensure the availability and visibility of products in retail outlets.2. Customer Relationship Management: • Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and superstocks. • Address and resolve customer complaints and queries promptly.• Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction andretention.3. Market Analysis:• Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and understandcustomer needs and preferences.• Monitor competitor activities and market trends and provide feedback tomanagement.4. Sales Reporting:• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, andinventory levels.• Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the Area Sales Manager.5. Promotional Activities:• Execute promotional activities and merchandising strategies to increase productvisibility and sales.• Coordinate with marketing teams to implement promotional campaigns.
