Role Overview
The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving business growth by promoting and selling construction elevators, tower cranes, and related spare parts to contractors, builders, and infrastructure companies. The role focuses on lead generation, client relationship management, proposal development, and achieving monthly revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within construction and infrastructure projects.
• Promote new and professionally refurbished construction elevators and tower cranes to potential clients.
• Generate leads through site visits, networking, industry contacts, and project tracking.
• Conduct client meetings and product presentations to explain product features and benefits.
• Prepare 20–25 proposals/quotations per month and follow up with clients for conversions.
• Maintain an average of 3–4 client meetings daily.
• Achieve approximately 65–70 client meetings per month to build a strong sales pipeline.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and close sales deals effectively.
• Provide after-sales support and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
• Coordinate with technical and service teams to ensure smooth installation and execution.
• Monitor market trends, project developments, and competitor activities.
• Consistently achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
Requirements
• Experience in construction equipment / heavy machinery sales preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of construction projects, contractors, and site operations.
• Ability to build relationships with builders, contractors, and project managers.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and project site visits.
• Target-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive in business development.
