Job Description

Fish Welfare Initiative (FWI) is hiring a Sales & Marketing Manager for an upcoming aquaculture feed fortification program in Andhra Pradesh.

Key Requirements:
• 3+ years of field sales/business development experience in an aquaculture feed company
• Strong network with feed mills, traders, dealers, and fish farmers in Andhra Pradesh
• Fluent Telugu required; English proficiency preferred
• Extensive travel within Andhra Pradesh
• Willingness to relocate to Eluru, Andhra Pradesh
• Valid driving license and comfort driving on rural roads

Role Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain relationships with feed mills and distributors
• Drive farmer adoption of fortified fish feed
• Develop and implement marketing strategies
• Represent FWI at industry events and fairs
• Support feed distribution and logistics operations

Salary: INR 60,000–85,000/month (higher possible for exceptional candidates)
