Job Description:
Easy Street Private Limited is looking for a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting with potential clients, presenting property options, and closing sales deals. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth and building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Actively seek out and engage potential clients through cold calling, networking, and site visits.
Conduct property showings and provide clients with relevant information on market trends and pricing.
Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their property needs.
Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.
Prepare necessary documentation such as sale agreements, contracts, and reports.
Coordinate with legal, finance, and operations teams for smooth deal closures.
Maintain a thorough knowledge of the local property market and competitors.
Qualification:
12th Pass or Above
