Job Summary: As a Sales Associate specializing in Hospital Partnerships, you will be responsible for driving the adoption of Ezeehealth's platform among primary care hospitals. Your primary objective is to onboard new hospital partners, demonstrating the value of our services in improving patient outcomes and streamlining the referral process for tertiary care. You will build and maintain strong relationships with hospital administrators and decision-makers, ensuring successful integration and utilization of the Ezeehealth platform.
Market Research & Analysis:
Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive activities in the diagnostic healthcare sector.
Analyze patient demographics, needs, and preferences to inform marketing strategies.
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and actionable insights.
Strategy Development & Execution:
Assist in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing plans and strategies aligned with the center's business goals.
Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, traditional, on-ground events).
Develop and manage content for marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, press releases, website content, social media posts, and advertisements.
Digital Marketing:
Manage and optimize the center's digital marketing initiatives, including social media marketing, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and online reputation management.
Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
Brand Building & Public Relations:
Contribute to building and maintaining a strong brand image for the diagnostic center.
Coordinate special events, health camps, workshops, and community outreach programs to increase brand visibility and patient engagement.
Maintain relationships with media vendors, publishers, and key opinion leaders (KOLs) to ensure positive public relations.
Sales & Business Development Support:
Collaborate closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and generate qualified leads.
Identify and nurture relationships with healthcare professionals, clinics, hospitals, and corporate clients for referrals and tie-ups.
Proactively engage with potential clients to introduce services and secure business.
Reporting & Budget Management:
Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit performance reports.
Assist in preparing and managing marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and optimal ROI.
Customer Relationship Management:
Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and satisfaction.
Ensure all marketing activities comply with healthcare regulations and patient privacy laws (e.g., HIPAA principles).
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 1-3 years of proven experience in marketing, preferably within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or diagnostic industry.
Skills:
Marketing Acumen: Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
Digital Marketing Proficiency: Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (SEO, SEM, social media management, email marketing, content marketing, analytics tools like Google Analytics).
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and local language). Ability to write clear, compelling, and accurate marketing copy.
