We’re Hiring: Bank Officer – Branch Banking

📍 Location: PAN India (priority: Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu & Gujarat)
👔 Department: Branch Banking
💼 Experience: 1–2 years in field sales (Banking/Insurance sales preferred)
🎓 Qualification: Graduate with strong academic background

✨ What you’ll do:

• Drive acquisition of CASA & liability accounts through field sales, cold calling, referrals & relationship management.

• Cross-sell third-party products (Life Insurance, Health Insurance, Mutual Funds).

• Ensure compliance with KYC, AML & bank policies while achieving branch liability sales targets.

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and maintain strong client relationships.

• Strong communication, selling & negotiation skills.

• Customer service mindset & ability to build relationships.

• Local market knowledge & willingness to travel.

• Minimum 1 year of job stability in current role.

• Age: 25+ preferred.

💰 CTC: 3.5 – 5.5 LPA + performance bonus
🕒 Notice Period: Immediate to 20 days (Buyout possible)
🏢 Work Mode: Onsite (Mon–Fri + 2 Saturdays)
