Sales & Marketing Executive

Digital Aakar is a fast-growing digital marketing agency helping brands grow through innovative strategies, engaging content, and performance marketing. We're looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team and help us scale our client base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential clients for digital marketing services (Social Media, SEO, Ads, Branding, etc.)

• Understand client requirements and pitch suitable digital solutions

• Follow up on leads generated via social media, referrals, or inbound inquiries

• Conduct meetings (in-person or virtual) and deliver effective presentations

• Coordinate with internal teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and strategies

• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain strong client relationships

• Maintain CRM/data of prospects, leads, and follow-ups

Required Skills:

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience in a digital marketing agency

• Strong communication and negotiation skills (Hindi & English)

• Good understanding of digital services (Facebook/Google Ads, SMM, SEO, etc.)

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and confident personality

• Proficient in MS Office, WhatsApp Business, and basic CRM tools

• Must be comfortable with field visits (if required)

Nice-to-Have:

• Prior experience dealing with small businesses, startups, or service providers

• Knowledge of Instagram & LinkedIn outreach strategies
