Sales & Marketing Executive

1. Lead Generation

   • Generate new leads through calls, digital marketing, references, social media, and other channels.

   • Identify and target potential customers.

2. Sales Activities

   • Contact prospective customers and understand their requirements.

   • Explain products/projects, pricing, offers, and benefits.

   • Arrange meetings, site visits, and product/project presentations.

   • Follow up regularly and convert leads into sales.

3. Customer Relationship Management

   • Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

   • Handle customer queries and provide timely solutions.

   • Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.

4. Marketing Activities

   • Support online and offline marketing campaigns.

   • Coordinate with digital marketing agencies, advertising teams, and other vendors.

   • Promote company projects/products through social media, portals, events, and promotional activities.

5. Market Research

   • Monitor competitors, market trends, pricing, and customer preferences.

   • Provide feedback to management regarding market opportunities.

6. Sales Reporting

   • Maintain daily records of calls, leads, meetings, site visits, and conversions.

   • Prepare regular sales and marketing reports for management.

   • Update CRM and lead databases regularly.

7. Target Achievement

   • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

   • Develop strategies to improve lead conversion and overall sales performance.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field

• 1–5 years of experience in sales/marketing preferred

• Real estate sales experience will be an added advantage

• Smart, confident, energetic, and target-oriented personality

• Good command of English, Hindi, and Gujarati preferred

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with 0 - 6+ years Experience.
