Senior Sales Executive / Sales Manager
💼 Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic, experienced Senior Sales Executive to lead and expand our sales efforts in a fast-growing online grocery and essentials marketplace. This role focuses on building a strong sales pipeline, guiding key account relationships, and driving revenue growth across target segments.
✨ Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
Lead negotiations and close sales deals with key partners, suppliers, corporate clients.
Identify and onboard new B2B vendors (local suppliers, brands, neighborhood stores).
Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value customers.
Track market and competitor trends to identify opportunities.
Mentor and coordinate with junior sales team members.
Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to the leadership team.
📌 Required Experience & Skills
8+ years of sales experience (retail, grocery, FMCG, or e-commerce preferred).
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to formulate strategic sales approaches and close deals.
Comfortable in field sales, tele-sales, and CRM tools.
🎓 Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
MBA (Sales/Marketing) is a plus.
