Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, visiting potential clients, pitching products/services, and closing sales to drive business growth. This role involves travel within the assigned territory and building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit potential customers within the assigned area to promote and sell products/services.

• Identify new business opportunities and convert them into sales.

• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.

• Deliver product demonstrations and explain technical aspects to clients.

• Negotiate contracts, close deals, and meet or exceed sales targets.

• Maintain accurate records of daily visits, customer interactions, and sales reports.

• Provide feedback on market trends, competition, and customer needs.

• Ensure post-sales support and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a field sales representative or similar role is a plus.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office, CRM software is an advantage.

• Comfortable with local travel and outdoor sales.

• Must have a two-wheeler and valid driving license. (If applicable)

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate in any stream.
