Job Description:
Responsible for handling sales activities, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities.
Promote and sell industrial products such as gearboxes, geared motors, and automation products.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable technical solutions.
Prepare quotations, follow up on enquiries, and negotiate with customers.
Coordinate with production, purchase, and dispatch departments.
Handle customer queries and provide technical support.
Achieve monthly sales targets and generate new business.
Maintain customer records and follow up on pending orders and payments.
Visit customers and develop long-term business relationships.
