Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with hotels, restaurants, and banquet venues.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the hospitality industry.
Present product catalogs and demonstrate features to potential clients.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms to achieve sales targets.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to align strategies.
Provide excellent after-sales service to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality or hotel ware industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach.
Ability to travel frequently to meet clients.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software is a plus.
