Job Description:
We are a growing jewellery company based in Mumbai looking for a dynamic and result-driven B2B Sales Executive to expand our client base and strengthen relationships with existing business partners across India. The ideal candidate will have experience in jewellery sales, strong networking abilities, and a good understanding of the jewellery manufacturing process.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new B2B clients such as retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through field sales across Pan India.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their requirements and provide suitable product solutions.
Client Coordination
Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure client requirements are properly communicated and executed.
Ensure timely order processing, production coordination, and delivery to maintain client satisfaction.
Provide after-sales support and maintain long-term client relationships.
Brand Representation
Represent the company at jewellery trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events.
Promote company products and build brand presence within the jewellery industry.
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain CRM records, sales reports, and client interaction updates.
Track sales performance and provide regular updates to management.
