Identify and generate new B2B business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, references, networking, online research, and other channels.
Target commercial clients including offices, factories, shops, showrooms, clinics, schools, hotels, restaurants, warehouses, societies, institutions, and other businesses.
Visit prospective clients and understand their cleaning, housekeeping, hygiene, and facility-management requirements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners, facility managers, HR/Admin teams, purchase teams, and decision-makers.
Conduct site visits and coordinate with the operations team to understand service requirements and prepare suitable quotations.
Prepare and present commercial proposals and quotations to prospective clients.
Follow up consistently with prospects and move leads through the complete sales cycle.
Negotiate pricing and commercial terms while maintaining company margins.
Convert prospects into recurring B2B contracts and ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
Maintain accurate lead, meeting, quotation, follow-up, and conversion records in CRM.
Achieve monthly sales, revenue, and new-client acquisition targets.
Identify opportunities for recurring contracts, AMC, housekeeping, deep cleaning, facility management, and other B2B services.
Monitor competitor activity and market opportunities to identify new avenues for business growth.
Coordinate with the CX and Operations teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to service delivery.
Handle client queries and coordinate internally for timely resolution of commercial issues.
Provide regular reports on sales pipeline, meetings, quotations, conversions, and revenue.
