Sales & Marketing Executive

·       Design and develop Worm & Helical Gearboxes as per customer and industry requirements.
Gearbox – worm & helical – design engineer

• Conduct design calculations for gears, shafts, bearings, and housings.

• Work closely with production, quality, and procurement teams to ensure manufacturability.

• Perform root cause analysis for design-related issues and implement improvements.

• Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and new technologies.

• Generate new business leads and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

• Promote and sell Worm & Helical Gearboxes to industrial customers.

• Prepare and deliver technical & commercial proposals.

• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.

• Collect and report market intelligence, competitor activities, and pricing trends.

• Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and customer visits.
