Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive who can build strong institutional connections, generate leads, and support student admissions through effective communication and digital engagement. The role requires a balance of field outreach and online presence management.
Key Responsibilities
1. Institutional Outreach & Appointment Setting
Contact HR departments, training heads, and decision-makers in companies, colleges, and institutes
Schedule appointments for meetings, workshops, and collaborations
Maintain a structured database of contacts and follow-ups
2. Social Media Management (Daily Activity)
Post regularly on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
Share course updates, success stories, and educational content
Engage with audience queries and messages to generate leads
3. Communication & Relationship Building
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, institutions, and students
Build long-term relationships with schools, colleges, and corporate partners
Represent the organization confidently in meetings and calls
4. Sales & Conversion
Understand student needs and recommend suitable courses
Use strong convincing skills to convert leads into admissions
Follow up with prospects and ensure closure
Required Skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent convincing and negotiation abilities
Confidence in calling and meeting professionals (HRs, HODs, etc.)
Basic understanding of social media platforms
Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
Preferred Qualifications
Graduate in any stream (Marketing/Business preferred)
Experience in sales, counseling, or marketing is an advantage
Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
