Position: Sales Executive
Job Summary
Bharat Power Corporation is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive business growth, expand our customer base, and build strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, achieving sales targets, and representing our brand effectively in the competitive power/energy sector.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and Develop: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and new clients.
Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver professional presentations on products and services to potential customers.
Target Achievement: Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Market Analysis: Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales strategies.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM/database.
Negotiation: Negotiate terms of agreements and close sales to optimize profit.
Coordination: Collaborate with the technical and support teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Reporting: Submit daily/weekly sales reports to the management regarding market progress and pipeline status.
Required Skills
Sales Strategy: Strong understanding of sales techniques, negotiation, and closing deals.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to influence and persuade.
Market Awareness: Ability to understand industry-specific trends in the power/energy sector.
Tools: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and basic CRM software.
Resilience: Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and handle multiple client inquiries.
Qualifications
B.Com, BBA, MBA (Marketing/Sales), or any relevant graduate degree.
Freshers with a strong desire to excel in sales, or experienced candidates with a proven track record.
Salary
As per company standards and candidate experience (plus attractive sales incentives).
