## Job Responsibilities
• Acquire and onboard new Adhikaris (Retailers/Merchants) within the assigned territory.
• Drive activation and transaction growth of existing Adhikaris.
• Promote products such as AEPS, DMT, Recharge, Bill Payments, Insurance, and other fintech services.
• Conduct field visits to identify business opportunities and expand the merchant network.
• Build strong relationships with retailers and ensure continuous engagement.
• Achieve monthly acquisition, activation, and transaction targets.
• Provide training and support to merchants on company products and services.
• Monitor competitor activities and share market intelligence with management.
• Ensure timely reporting of daily activities, visits, and sales performance.
• Resolve merchant queries and coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.
## Required Skills & Qualifications
• Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
• Experience in Sales, Field Sales, Merchant Acquisition, BFSI, Fintech, Telecom, FMCG, Microfinance, or Channel Sales.
• Freshers with strong sales aptitude and field sales exposure may also be considered.
• Good communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Knowledge of digital payment products and rural markets will be an added advantage.
• Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving license.
