Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Promote and sell our perfume brand directly to customers

Explain fragrance notes, longevity, and benefits confidently

Demonstrate perfumes and help customers choose the right fragrance

Achieve daily / weekly / monthly sales targets

Build good relationships with customers to encourage repeat sales

Maintain stock display and ensure proper product handling

Collect customer feedback and share market insights with management

Handle basic billing and payment collection (cash/UPI/card if required)

Skills & Requirements:

Good communication skills (Hindi / English / local language)

Pleasing personality and customer-friendly attitude

Basic knowledge or interest in perfumes/fragrances (training will be provided)

Sales experience preferred (FMCG / cosmetics / perfumes), but freshers can apply

Honest, punctual, and target-driven

Ability to stand for long hours (mall/retail sales)
