Sales & Marketing Executive

Our company name is Bhatter project private limited and our brand name is kero tiles and sanitaryware.

We need a field sales executive minimum 2 years experience in our industry .
Education: Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent (a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred).

• Experience: At least 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in construction, building materials, or related industries (Tiles, Sanitaryware, etc.).

• Skills:

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.

  • Self-motivated with a drive for meeting sales targets.

  • Proficient in using CRM tools and basic office software.

  • Ability to travel locally, with a bike being mandatory for site visits and customer meetings.

• Required:

  • Personal bike (mandatory).

  • A valid driver's license.
    Incentives: Performance-based incentives based on monthly sales targets.

  • Conveyance Allowance: Fixed monthly conveyance allowance to cover fuel.

• Location: [Howrah, hoogly, north 24, south 24,medhnipur, murshidabad, digha,arambag, with travel to local sites].

• Hours: Full-time position, Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM. Flexible hours may be required based on customer schedules.

• Travel: Frequent local travel within the assigned region.
