Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales goals, and building long-term customer relationships. You should be well-versed in the company’s products and services and be able to deliver effective presentations and solutions to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients
• Maintain relationships with existing customers and identify up selling opportunities
• Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth order fulfillment
• Keep up to date with product knowledge and industry trends
Requirements:
• Proven experience in sales, preferably B2B or field sales
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
• Willingness to travel as needed
