कार्य की जिम्मेदारियाँ:

• ऋषिकेश, हरिद्वार, देहरादून एवं आसपास के क्षेत्रों में नए ग्राहकों और व्यापारिक अवसरों की तलाश करना।
• होटल, रेस्टोरेंट, कैफे, चाय की दुकानों, केक विक्रेताओं एवं अन्य रिटेल आउटलेट्स से संपर्क कर बेकरी उत्पादों की सप्लाई के लिए साझेदारी करना।
• नए ऑर्डर प्राप्त करना एवं नियमित ग्राहकों का नेटवर्क तैयार करना।
• ग्राहकों के साथ अच्छे संबंध बनाना एवं उन्हें बनाए रखना।
• बाजार से बेकरी में उपयोग होने वाले कच्चे माल एवं पैकेजिंग सामग्री की खरीद करना।
• बाजार की मांग एवं प्रतिस्पर्धा का अध्ययन कर बिक्री बढ़ाने के सुझाव देना।
• ऑर्डर, भुगतान एवं ग्राहक विवरण का रिकॉर्ड रखना।
• बेकरी के प्रचार एवं मार्केटिंग गतिविधियों में सहयोग करना।

योग्यता:

• अच्छे संवाद एवं समझाने की क्षमता।
• फील्ड वर्क करने की इच्छा एवं क्षमता।
• सेल्स एवं मार्केटिंग का सामान्य ज्ञान।
• ऋषिकेश, हरिद्वार एवं देहरादून क्षेत्र की जानकारी रखने वाले उम्मीदवारों को प्राथमिकता।
• दोपहिया वाहन एवं ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस होने पर वरीयता।
• ईमानदार, मेहनती एवं लक्ष्य प्राप्ति के प्रति समर्पित।
