Key Responsibilities:
• Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, site visits, and referrals.
• Conduct client meetings, present project details, and facilitate site visits.
• Follow up with potential buyers and assist in closing deals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, brokers, and real estate agents.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions.
• Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
