🔧 About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and energetic Field Sales Executive to help grow our Home Appliance Repair business. Your main responsibility will be to generate new customers through society camps, canopy activities, and commercial tie-ups.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Conduct society camps and canopy setups to promote appliance repair services.

• Generate leads and convert walk-in inquiries into paying customers.

• Build relationships with local commercial establishments for regular service requirements.

• Explain available services, offers, and AMC plans to customers.

• Maintain daily reporting of field activities and customer interactions.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and deliver consistent performance.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 6 months–1 year experience in field sales (preferred).

• Good communication and persuasion skills.

• Comfortable with outdoor field work and customer interaction.

• Should be proactive, responsible, and target-oriented.

• Two-wheeler preferred (travel allowance can be discussed).

💰 Salary & Benefits

• Fixed Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹16,000

• Incentives: Up to ₹4,000 based on performance

• Additional rewards for achieving monthly targets.
