Job Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through online and offline channels.
- Connect with potential clients and pitch digital marketing services.
- Conduct client meetings and understand business requirements.
- Explain company services, packages and pricing.
- Convert leads into paying clients and close deals.
- Generate new business and ensure timely payment collection.
- Maintain regular client follow-ups and achieve monthly sales targets.
Salary & Incentives
- Fixed Salary: ₹18,000 per month
- Monthly Collection Target: ₹1,00,000 (Mandatory)
- Incentive: 12% on additional collection above ₹1,00,000.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation and deal-closing abilities.
- Willingness to travel and meet clients in Patna.
- Own Bike and Valid Driving Licence Mandatory.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Training & Support
Company will provide complete training on digital marketing services, packages, pricing, client pitching, sales processes and deal closing.
Experience: Sales or Digital Marketing experience preferred. Freshers with good communication and sales skills can also apply.
