We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive business growth by identifying new customers, maintaining existing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The candidate should have strong communication skills, market awareness, and a proactive approach toward sales.
Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, and client visits
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as assigned
Prepare and present sales quotations, proposals, and follow-ups
Coordinate with internal teams (production, dispatch, accounts) to ensure timely order execution
Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer requirements
Resolve customer queries and handle complaints professionally
Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and CRM data
Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and customer meetings when required
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build long-term customer relationships
Target-driven and self-motivated
Good knowledge of MS Excel, Email, and CRM tools
Willingness to travel extensively (if required)
Basic understanding of pricing, margins, and payment terms
Experience in B2B / Industrial / Manufacturing sales
Knowledge of the local market and customer base
Two-wheeler with a valid driving license
