Aldon Steel Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell steel products to industrial, commercial, and infrastructure clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, expanding market presence, and achieving sales targets while representing the company’s commitment to quality and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the steel and allied industries
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients
Promote Aldon Steel’s products, specifications, and applications to customers
Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales deals
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Coordinate with production, logistics, and accounts teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and client feedback for management
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
Experience in steel, metals, or industrial sales is an advantage
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to understand technical product details
Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
