Job Description: Meeting Manager (Field Sales & Marketing)

Aditya Solars is a leading solar energy solutions provider. We help people switch to clean, green, and affordable solar power. We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Meeting Manager to join our growing field sales team.

Job Role Summary

The Meeting Manager will be responsible for visiting potential customers (residential and commercial) on the field, explaining solar products, and closing deals. This is a high-performance role that combines field marketing, lead generation, and sales closure.

Key Responsibilities

· Field Meetings: Conduct a minimum of 45 successful face-to-face customer meetings every month.

· Lead Generation & Office Support: While the manager needs to find new clients through field visits, the office will also provide verified leads to help complete the 45-meeting target.

· Product Demonstration: Educate customers on the long-term cost benefits and technical aspects of solar systems.

· File Completion: Successfully complete and close at least 5 solar project files every month.

· Relationship Management: Maintain good relations with clients to generate referrals and positive word-of-mouth.

· Daily Reporting: Update the sales head daily regarding meeting outcomes and pipeline status in CRM app.

Monthly Targets

· Minimum Meetings: 45 Meetings per month (Average of 2–3 meetings per day).

· Project Closure: 5 Completed Solar Project Files per month.

Requirements & Qualifications

· Designation: Meeting Manager

· Department: Field Sales & Marketing

· Experience: 1–3 years of experience in field sales or marketing (Experience in the solar industry is a big plus).

· Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

· Vehicle: Must own a two-wheeler (Bike/Scooter) with a valid driving license for daily field travel.

· Education: Graduate in any stream.

Important Note: The candidate must be highly fluent in the local language. Candidates who can speak, understand, and connect well with locals in their native language will be given the highest priority during selection.
