Sales & Marketing Executive

The Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling Maruti Suzuki vehicles, achieving monthly sales targets, generating leads, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a smooth vehicle delivery process. The role covers the entire sales cycle from prospecting to after-sales follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome showroom walk-in customers and understand their vehicle requirements.

• Generate leads through walk-ins, referrals, telecalling, field visits, corporate sales, and digital inquiries.

• Explain vehicle features, variants, pricing, finance options, exchange offers, and accessories.

• Arrange and conduct vehicle test drives.

• Prepare quotations and negotiate deals within company guidelines.

• Coordinate with finance, insurance, and registration teams for documentation.

• Ensure timely vehicle delivery and customer satisfaction.

• Maintain customer records and update CRM/DMS regularly.

• Follow up with prospects and existing customers for repeat business and referrals.

• Participate in promotional events, roadshows, exhibitions, and sales campaigns.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction (CSI).

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (preferred) or Diploma/Any Graduate.

• 0–3 years of experience in automobile or retail sales (freshers may be considered by some dealerships).

• Valid two-wheeler driving licence; four-wheeler licence is an advantage.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM).

Salary

• Fixed salary: Approximately ₹15,000–₹30,000 per month (varies by dealership and experience).

• Additional incentives based on vehicle sales, finance, insurance, accessories, and performance.

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with 6 months - 5 years of experience.
