Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Interior Sales Executive to drive sales for interior design solutions. The role involves understanding client requirements, presenting design concepts, coordinating with the design team, and closing sales while ensuring excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and follow up on sales leads for interior design projects
Understand client needs, budgets, and timelines
Present interior design solutions, layouts, and proposals to clients
Coordinate with designers, vendors, and project teams
Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals
Maintain relationships with existing clients and generate repeat business
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Keep accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
Stay updated on interior design trends, materials, and products
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Interior Design, or a related field (preferred)
Proven experience in sales, preferably in interior design or real estate
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for design
Ability to understand floor plans, layouts, and basic design concepts
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of interior materials, furniture, and finishes
Experience working with architects or interior designers
Ability to handle multiple clients and deadlines
