The Sales Manager – CASA is responsible for driving customer acquisition for Current and Savings Accounts, managing a team of sales executives (if applicable), achieving set targets, and building strong customer relationships to maximize business opportunities. The role demands proactive sales strategies, customer-centric approach, and strong leadership in a competitive retail banking environment.
CASA Acquisition:
Drive the sale of current and savings accounts to individual and business customers.
Identify new business opportunities through field visits, referrals, and networking.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly CASA sales targets.
Team Management (if applicable):
Manage a team of sales executives; provide guidance, training, and motivation.
Track team performance and ensure goal alignment with branch/region objectives.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate banking solutions.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Market Intelligence:
Monitor competitors' products and strategies to stay ahead.
Provide regular feedback to management on customer needs and product performance.
Compliance & Documentation:
Ensure all sales activities comply with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
Ensure proper KYC, AML, and documentation processes are followed.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of banking products, especially CASA
Ability to work independently and in a team
Familiarity with local market and customer base
Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Commerce, or related field
3–6 years of experience in retail banking sales, preferably in CASA products
Prior experience in leading a team is a plus
