Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to expand our business in Bangalore. The role requires strong field engagement, client relationship management, and the ability to drive revenue growth in a competitive healthcare market.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies aligned with business goals
Identify new business opportunities through field visits, referrals, and digital outreach
Build and maintain relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, and corporate clients
Promote diagnostic services and wellness packages
Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities
Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online & offline)
Achieve assigned sales targets consistently
Maintain accurate sales reports and client database
Represent the company in client meetings and presentations
Qualifications & Requirements:
Master’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration (MBA), or related field – Mandatory
1–5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Excellent interpersonal and networking abilities
Willingness to travel across Bangalore
Self-driven, target-oriented, and performance-focused
Preferred Competencies:
Experience in diagnostics or healthcare industry
Existing network with doctors, clinics, or hospitals
Strong B2B sales and client acquisition knowledge
