Job Summary:
We are looking for a result-oriented Sales Manager to lead and manage a team of sales executives in the BFSI sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing field operations, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Roles:
Lead, manage, and support a team of sales executives.
Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for the team.
Monitor individual and team performance and provide regular feedback.
Train new team members and improve sales techniques.
Assist the team in closing deals and handling key clients.
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
Graduation Completion
Required all semester marksheets.
